For this recipe you need
-half of avocado
-one banana
-3 spoons of honey
-2 yolks
- 1 little spoon of turmeric and one of cinnamon
- 1 little spoon of Vitamin E
- 1 spoon of castor oil
- 1 spoon of aloe Vera
-1 spoon of eucalyptus
- 1 spoon of lava see oil
Set on you’re head for like 30 minutes
Wash and style as usual !
I’m washing mine with apple cider and bicarbonate of soda !

With 2 major cuts between them this is my hair growth in one 2 years but I think if I would have left it and not cut it it would have been until ma stomach !
